The artist described his impressions when he stayed in Suzu, a strong sense of distance looking at the sea on both sides of the peninsula, and local buildings such as the Kiriko warehouses fraught with the unexpected, saying “It is interesting to imagine the inside and the outside at the same time.” His work is one in which visitors to the art festival scattered throughout the landscape of Suzu, can imagine the extraordinary in their daily lives.
