Exhibition Area Shouin|Former clay roof tiles factory
Viewing hours: 9:30-17:00
Closed Thursdays (except for September 23, a national holiday)
The artists chose one of the last Noto tile manufacturing plants to go out of business in Suzu as their venue. In the factory, which is almost exactly as it was when in operation, the items and equipment left are used as percussion instruments, making sounds, and playing a rhapsody dedicated to the land and its lost history.
